Users register online, form teams, and participate in quests and competitions by following instructions and completing tasks within a specified time limit. 2. User Accounts and Registration
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and participate in a challenge, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
- Account Information: When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and are liable for all activities that occur under your account.
- Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring your registration information, including your team and city selection, is correct before finalizing your purchase.
3. User Conduct
- Safety: You and your team are responsible for your own safety and the safety of others while participating in a 360-Go challenge. You must obey all local laws, traffic regulations, and public safety rules. Participation is at your own risk.
- Respect: You agree to treat other players, members of the public, and 360-Go staff with respect. Harassment, verbal abuse, or any other inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited.
- No Vandalism: You must not damage or interfere with public or private property. Any defacement or vandalism during a challenge will result in immediate disqualification and may lead to legal action.
- Fair Play: Cheating or any attempt to manipulate the game mechanics is prohibited and may result in disqualification.
4. Payments and Refunds
- Pricing: All prices for the Service are as listed on the website and are subject to change without notice.
- Payment: Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. 360-Go does not store your credit card information.
- No Refunds: All sales are final. 360-Go does not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to, non-participation, disqualification, technical issues on your end, or adverse weather conditions.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the 360-Go website and within the challenges, including text, graphics, logos, sounds, and software, is the property of 360-Go or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our express written permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. 360-GO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
7. Limitation of Liability
360-GO, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
